A L I G H T T O T H E I R G E N E R A T I O N

Father, I speak over my children and declare they were born for such a time as this. I know you have a plan and a purpose for them. Use them to be Your hands and feet. Give them opportunities to speak for You. Help them serve others with grace, so Your light can be revealed in darkness.

Thank You for bringing them out of the dark and transferring them into Your marvelous light. I pray Your light shines brightly in and through them so others can come to Your Kingdom.

Let their lives be an example of Your goodness. I agree with Your Word, which says they are a chosen generation, set apart, holy, and acceptable to You. Holy Spirit, help them walk according to Your Word.

I ask that You give them a new heart, one that is sensitive to Your voice. Give them a desire to hear You and a longing for Your presence. I declare my children will be like John the Baptist - a voice preparing the way of the Lord. A voice that is unashamed to speak the truth because they know who they are: children of the Light.
